Building Maintenance Technician
Millennia Housing Management, Ltd., a successful property management company based in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at our property, Liberty Plaza, located in Medina, OH. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with an attractive salary based on experience.
The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of hands on experience in carpentry and dry wall/plaster, with plumbing, and apartment preparation. Snow removal, light landscaping work, litter pick up, and sidewalk cleaning are also required.
Must possess:
Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines
Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional overtime and assistance at other sites as needed.
Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
