Job Description:
Inside Sales
representative
- Contacting prospective clients for your client to reach your main goal - setting an appointment for your client's Outside Sales Representative. If the goal is not met with the first phone call, you are to gather data and build rapport the prospective client. You want to gather as much information as possible so that you can inform your client on the status of the account. The inside sales representative is responsible for keeping all reports up to date, entering call information into the database, updating their client, and prospecting. You will be responsible for 2 clients per day - 4 hours of each day are dedicated to one client.
Training:
3-5 days of software training. You will be sitting next to current inside sales representatives. You will also be entering information into a dummy database and completing dummy reports. Once you have mastered the database and the reports you will begin the process. Training is not a set amount of time - it is once you have mastered the database - whether it takes 2 days or 10 days.
Typical Day: Monday - Friday 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch.
Compensation: $26,000 - $35,000 plus Commission (based on experience and knowledge of database systems - Customer Relationship Management Software)
