At our cafe and roastery, we provide amazing customer service while making a difference in people's lives! We utilize produce grown at our greenhouse here in Medina for menu items, and we work alongside individuals wishing to expand their life and work skills to further their independence.
Previous food industry experience is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train.
Our hours of operation are 8am-4pm, Mon-Sun.
Duties include:
Preparation of food menu items.
Work with other employees as a team ensuring all areas of caf are covered and customers are receiving quality service in a timely manner Ensure Caf is kept in good appearance and up to Health Department Standards Act as a mentor by teaching and demonstrating proper work skills and professionalism.
MCA Employee Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
Certification in CPR/First aid (training provided).
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid Ohio driver's license / Ohio vehicle insurance coverage.
Job Type:
Part-time / Full-time (20-40 hours/week available), with weekend availability.
