Job duties include but are not limited to:
answering phones and scheduling appointments, greeting and educating clients, charting medical records, processing payments, and assisting other team members.
The majority of this job position is spent communicating with pet owners, so exceptional communication skills, an outgoing personality and a caring attitude are a must.
Basic computer skills are required, and you must be able to multi-task and prioritize client needs.
Hours may include morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
Experience in the veterinary field or customer service is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
