We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual with a great attitude and personality to learn and grow into an expanded role and assist in bringing in new clients and sales opportunities along with increased wages.
This is not a remote position, applicants should be able to commute to the office located on State Rt 18, (near 94) in Medina, OH.
Various tasks include but are not limited to:
Assist plant manager with scheduling pick-ups, deliveries, and production schedules Scheduling shipments, order tracking, and handling of freight claims Inbound/Outbound calls assisting customers in the sales process, and developing / maintaining client relationships Data entry of sales orders and completed/shipped orders Data entry of inventory levels and completion Preparation of invoices and other accounting functions Various misc.
office tasks No evenings or weekends Requirements:
Positive mindset and good attitude Ability to effectively communicate with customers, freight carriers, and team members Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, and HubSpot Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or administrative assistant Job Type:
