The Culture Coordinator drives positive employee engagement by being an integral part of new employee onboarding, training, and acclimation to the company.
Responsibilities will also include gathering employee feedback, analyzing retention data, and implementing projects that align with the company's goals.
The Culture Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and drive change that will improve overall organizational well-being.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supports the employee onboarding process and ensures new hires are engaged with others, including their manager, so they understand how to be successful in their day-to-day job, including how their work contributes to the overall business.
Plays a key role by introducing new hires to our organization, mission, vision and values.
Helps to initiate relationship between manager and employee.
Spends significant time on the production floor to build rapport and a connection with employees, technical trainers, and managers.
Implement strategies for collecting regular feedback from employees.
Conduct surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze feedback data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Monitor and analyze retention data to identify trends and potential areas of concern.
Collaborate with needed teams to develop and implement retention strategies.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve employee retention.
Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects that support the company's culture and strategic goals.
Develop and implement initiatives that increase employee engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction.
Create and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, milestones, peer to peer recognition initiatives, and exceptional performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership through clear and concise reports.
Regularly update the organization on the progress of culture-related initiatives.
Is the Champion of People, with a focus on providing support, guidance, and resources to employees so they can matriculate successfully to the Sandridge workplace.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a role focused on employee engagement, culture, or organizational development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives.
Familiarity with best practices in employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
