Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager located in Medina, OH, but with flexibility for some remote work.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the senior leadership team to complete projects as assigned, processing member payments and rebates, managing the organizations finances, and handling membership dues.
Responsibilities Skilled bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online to maintain financial reports, document financial transactions, process AR and AP, and reconcile company accounts Be available to check the bank account for fraud Comfortable learning new software systems (ie:
systems for census reporting, banking, and taxes etc) Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Prepare documentation for audits Experience working with memberships a plus Qualifications 5
years in a similar role.
Excellent leadership and time management skills Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and QuickBooks Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle member inquiries and provide timely resolutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience in a manufacturing or procurement-based environment is a plus Questions?
