Community Energy Advisors Community Energy Advisors Medina, OH Medina, OH Full-time Full-time $40,000 - $50,000 a year $40,000 - $50,000 a year Marketing Associate Community Energy Advisors & Viridi Sister companies Viridi and Community Energy Advisors (CEA) are seeking a shared Marketing Associate to assist with day-to-day execution of our marketing plan and to provide research and recommendations to proactively grow our marketing campaigns and online presence.
The primary goals of this position are to enhance our brand reputation and drive affinity partner satisfaction and new qualified leads through increased marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities Design weekly digital and print campaigns Help to develop industry and role-based messaging to promote products and services.
Develop and schedule regular social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Content will be based on products, new partner announcements, testimonials, new customer highlights, new employees, and seasonal events and holidays Ensure that all communications adhere to brand and legal standards and are written in a consistent voice.
Keep up with current industry trends and topics to secure thought leadership in desired areas.
Maintain regular communication with chamber partners, coaching them on how best to market our programs and fulfilling any of their custom marketing needs upon request.
Keep chamber database up-to-date by pulling new lists monthly and monitoring shared inboxes for new contact information.
Manage website content by adding new chamber partner logos to our website after onboarding has occurred.
Post on social media to announce partnership.
Design monthly promotional images to be shared with our affinity partners.

pdf format for our partners to easily share in their preferred email newsletter platform.
Design and distribute Monthly Chamber Executive Director email newsletter.
Update presentations in Canva and PowerPoint regularly.
Monitor Google Analytics and provide recommendations to improve key metrics.
Keep websites' blogs up-to-date.
Craft interesting, well-researched content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve content sharing across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content types as needed.
Collaborate with print and design partners as necessary to complete projects.
Provide accurate and timely project reporting to management team on all marketing activities.
Desired Skills Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles Experience with WordPress, Mail Chimp, and Canva or other comparable tools Experience with Google Analytics and driving SEO results preferred Excellent writing skills for online and print Track record of proactive communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office required Ideal Traits for Our Team Teamwork -- The ideal candidate will be committed to engaging with management and peers in a proactive, respectful, and transparent way.
