Position Description The Program Manager will be responsible for development, direction, planning, performance and supervision of the Life N Tech Day and DigiSkills Programs.
The program manager will coordinate, plan and train new staff to ensure quality of services and staff are maintained.
Hours Part-time, 3 days a week Responsibilities ? Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations of the adult services programs including areas in the ISP's of skill development, behavior supports, vocational guidance and recreational/ therapeutic activities.
? Provide leadership in developing, planning, and implementing person centered, outcome driven program services and supports that are consistent with those identified in the individual service plan.
? Direct and support the development and implementation of activities provided both at the adult service program and in the community.
? Coordinate assessment and enrollment of new program participants.
Ensure all initial documentation for enrollment is completed and obtained according to policies and procedures.
? Maintain effective relationships with referral agencies.
Expand networking efforts and provide education and support to families, transition coordinators, business community etc.
to enhance participant retention and referral opportunities.
? Participate in preparation of formal behavior plans, assess referrals for behavior support.
? Participates and assists with the MUI / UI process and reports.
? Provides individual specific behavior training to all staff ? In cooperation with the Human Resources department, assumes responsibility for staffing plans, recruiting and hiring, supervision, productivity and documentation requirements, staff evaluations and discipline.
? Supervises Day program DSP staff members.
? Proposes specific and measurable outcome measures for the Day program.
? Devises methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
? Prepares reports with such frequency as directed by the CEO, regarding program goals and outcomes, as well as analysis of changes in outcomes.
? Facilitate reviews to ensure quality assurance of services and supports are maintained.
? Develop operating policies and procedures as are necessary for the effective operation of this program.
? Ensures that documentation and billing systems are entered to ensure maximum reimbursement for services rendered.
? Recognizes an individual person's needs and expectations.
? Displays a positive attitude.
Responds positively to changes and demonstrates the ability to be flexible in their work environment.
? Ability and willingness to work with co-workers, customers, supervisors, other personnel, and management.
? Accountable for the accurate and timely submission of financial data to the Finance Department.
Submits expense reports on a timely basis.
Submits accurate records for billable services for billing purposes.
? Responsible for the processes to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of data and that the information is maintained and protected against loss, destruction, tampering and unauthorized destruction or usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications ? Associate's degree or 3 years equivalent supervisory experience in related field.
? Must demonstrate knowledge and skills pertaining to the services for individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
? Valid Ohio Driver's license.
? Must have vehicle liability insurance and a clean driving record.
? Understanding of the interdisciplinary process and the various roles of team members.
? Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate others.
? Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently according to strict timelines.
? Effective staff training and development skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
? Ability to assess, evaluate and monitor in all relevant areas.
? Ability to oversee, monitor and implement a budget.
? Excellent computer skills.
? Ability to react to change and stress productively.
? Work will include office work, frequent participant contact, interaction where the services are provided, as well as in the community.
? Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry 50 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
