Responsibilities Manage the front desk and reception area and handle all questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Manage calendars and set up meetings Schedule support assistance:
Includes ensuring every client is cleaned on the day scheduled.
Ensures every customer request, change and preference is documented and cheerfully accommodated.
Ensures converted leads are fulfilled and not lost due to lack of time slots available.
Ensure daily capacity (through aggressive scheduling, juggling, stretching).
Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports and spreadsheets Assistance with onboarding new employees, you'll be our employee cheerleader and onboarding superstar admin Monitor and resolve daily time sensitive activities Supplies ordering and maintenance Organize office and maintain office appearance Follow-up on all tasks to ensure they are completed in full; taking full responsibility Organize and maintain the office filing system and make improvements as needed/requested Run errands as needed General office tasks Perform other duties as assigned Skills Work experience as an Office Assistant, Front Desk Assistant, Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role with a heavy Customer Service focus Always be one step ahead Excellent MS Office knowledge Excellent internet skills Ability to learn new programs/software quickly, effectively and efficiently Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (i.
