Mighty Auto Pro is looking for an Entry Level Technician.
You MUST have AT LEAST TWO YEAR of experience working in a professional repair shop and we are looking for the person that is EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW! Out of the shoot we would look for you to perform light maintenance items, oil changes, bulb replacement, tire rotations, flat repairs, rust-proofing and other miscellaneous services.
BUT WE DON'T WANT YOU TO STAY THERE! If you have the right mindset and are definitely a Team Player willing to learn and grow, we will make that happen! Why would you want to work at Mighty Auto Pro? We offer health insurance (90 day waiting period) and we pay ALL of your health insurance premium.
Dental, Life and Accident Insurance are all available at a nominal cost.
Every Thursday we have a Team meeting and the boss buys lunch.
There are no weekends and no evening hours and you receive WEEKLY paychecks/direct deposit! We have a lot of training opportunities available for you, and we pay for training.
We want you to get your ASE's and will encourage and pay for those.
Also, we will make sure you are well prepared to take the ASE tests.
Paid vacations and paid holidays! Did we mention that we're also offering a $1000 sign-on bonus? We'll give you $500 after your first day of work, and another $500 after 90 days.
We shoot it straight here at Mighty Auto Pro.
You will be a good fit if you like structure, systems and procedures.
In order to grow into the super successful technician you want to be those elements are critical to your success.
You must be punctual, the Team depends on you! You're going to be test driving cars, so you need to have a clean driving record and we also need your mind clear, so you have to be able to pass a Drug Free Workplace test.
ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! That means we don't want people here that bring people down, we all know at least one of those people.
A POSITIVE attitude is critical! If you have the mindset that you already know everything about everything that wouldn't work here.
