The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain records of office expenses and budgets.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and answering phones at times.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Manage financial operations of the practice.
